    Hey people!
    Can only speak for myself but surfing and hiking make a huge difference in coping with anxiety. To be in nature and focused on the good things help me balance. I already recommended this to fellow patients but the reactions were mixed. So, I mean, it maybe doesn´t help for everyone but for sure well worth a try!
